Yves Dávila is Managing Director at Protiviti Peru and he leads the BCM and Business Resilience Practice. He has more than 20 years of professional experience. He has led several projects with clients from countries such Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Chile and Argentina, and in various industries such as Banking, Mining, Gas and Oil, Electricity, Telecommunications, among others.

Jesús E. (Nesty) Delgado-Morales, BSCE, MPM, BCCS, with more than 20 years of professional experience, is the President of OKA Project Management & Strategic Leadership LLC, who provide consulting services in Project Management, Strategic Leadership, Emergency Management, Business Continuity and Organizational Resilience to several private institutions, NGO’s, credit unions, and municipalities in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic and the Spanish-speaking community in the United States.

Nesty is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, with a Bachelor's degree in Sciences of Civil Engineering and a concentration in Project Management. Currently, he is pursuing a Master's degree in Design & Project Management at the Internation Iberoamerican University (UNINI).

He is Board Certified as Master Project Manager by the American Academy of Project Management, a Project Management for Development Professional (PMD Pro) certified by APMG International, and a Business Continuity Certified Planner (BCCP) & BC Certified Specialist (BCCS) by the Business Continuity Management Institute. Andrew is an independent consultant specializing in offering training and consultancy services in business continuity management and crisis management related subjects. Between April 2007 and September 2018, he was the founder and sole director of DRBCM Associates Pte Ltd.

Prior to April 2007, he was the regional head of Business Continuity Management in Deutsche Bank supervising the program in 17 countries across the Asia Pacific region. Over the 8-1/2 years, he had helped to build a team of 12 full-time BCM staff physically based in five countries and collectively covered all the countries under his jurisdiction.

Out of a total of over 28 years in the banking industry, he spent close to 10 years in the area of business continuity management and another 17 years in the area of global markets trading and operations.

Between 2008 and 2009, as the Principal Trainer for DRI Singapore, he was tasked with preparing more than 200 participants (over 19 classes) for their BCM qualifying examinations leading up to professional certification with Disaster Recovery Institute International.

Since January 2010, he took on the role of Asia Campus Director for The ICOR University coordinating the marketing as well as being its main trainer in the Asia Pacific region in BCM and crisis management and communications subjects. He is an ISO 22301 Lead Auditor and with effect from June 10 2014, he was appointed to the Board of Directors at The ICOR.

He was one of the mentors with the Singapore Business Federation in the early years of the National BCM Program and since then had helped a number of organizations implement their programs and leading them through third-party BCM readiness certification.

He is also a regular speaker at BCM related conferences and workshops sharing his experiences with the industry. He had taught BCM as well as crisis management & communications courses to participants from all industries in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, South Korea, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan and The Russian Federation as well as being one of the main instructors for the BCM Training Program of The Association of Banks in Singapore since its inception in 2006.

Andrew has been credentialed with the Certified Organizational Resilience Professional (CORP) by The ICOR University with recognition in Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management & Communications, Audit and Legal Compliance as well as Supply Chain Risk Management.

Bryon Price

Bryon is a Global Director of Critical Environments Training for JLL – Jones Lang LaSalle. He started his career in the Navy Nuclear Power program where he first learned what mission critical is all about. Bryon immediately showed aptitude towards training at his first station about the USS Hawkbill – a nuclear powered submarine – where he was placed in charge of training, drills and preparation for evaluation by Naval Reactors. His next station was no different – Bryon was placed in charge of training and development of the nuclear maintenance team about the USS Samuel Gompers – a destroyer tender. He left the military with Honors and a new found appreciation for critical operations.

Bryon took his military background and knowledge and applied this to building operations and maintenance. He has spent the majority of his career in the pursuit of perfecting the processes and attaining the knowledge that are central to his understanding of the training needed to keep mission critical systems up and running. Organizational Resilience Senior Consultant, with more than 18 years of experience, Industrial Engineer and Specialized in Information Systems of the Universidad de Los Andes (Bogota, Colombia); certified as ISO22301 Lead Auditor and ICOR training partner, as well as MBCI by BCI (UK), MBCP, Risk Manager and CyberResilience Professional by DRII. Al is a Manager at Ernst & Young focused on organizational resilience. He has over 25 years of risk management and business continuity consulting experience. Prior to DQL, Al was the Consulting Director at Fairchild Consulting. He also served as a senior consultant with SunGard Availability Services and Strohl Systems. Prior to that, he was a Risk Management Consultant at Zurich Insurance Group in their Wall Street office and in their US Headquarters. He has authored numerous industry magazine articles and conducted numerous training sessions on a variety of risk management and business continuity topics. He has been a featured international speaker in a variety of forums including Conference presentations at DRJ, Continuity Insights, NEDRIX and the Discover Card annual BCP summit. His article on utilizing Social Media in Disasters was published by Forbes.

He has earned the MBCP certification and is also a Certified Organizational Resiliency Manager and Supply Chain Risk Associate through the International Consortium of Organization Resilience (ICOR) as well as an Associate Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute (AFBCI).
