Business Continuity Management
The main objective for the DEP Program is to raise the standards of those involved in energy assessments of data centers to accelerate energy savings in data centers. The purpose of the course is to train participants on how to use the Data Center Profiler (DC Pro) and Air Management Assessment Tools. Participants will use these tools developed by the DOE for evaluating major data center systems in the course.
There are 2 program levels-Level 1 (Generalist) and Level 2 (Specialist). The outline described below shows both program levels offered over a 3-day timeframe.
Those with in-depth knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, and IT-equipment. A pre-qualification application is required. Requirements include data center design / operation experience, a technical data center degree, or combination of both.

Business Continuity Management
The focus of the Critical Environments Auditor son developing a standards-based CE, learning how to conduct environmental audits, and manage risk. Course is aligned to ISO 19011, 17022, and 17050 on auditing activities.
The CE Auditor course is a unique offering as audit tools will be created during the course. Examples of tools will be given and demonstrated, but the focus of the course is to build a set of tools that can be used to conduct an audit.
As part of the course you will learn how to set up and prepare for an audit, how to identify participants, and how to determine what documents should be reviewed In addition, you will learn how to create an audit schedule, how to collect data, how to review procedures, and how to interview personnel. Documenting the audit plan, the audit report and presentation, as well as reducing the risk of the audit itself is included in the course.
Those with experience working with all areas of a critical environment at the technical, managerial, and engineering levels.
