Meeting Certification Requirements by Discipline
To earn the CORM, CORP, or CORE applicants must demonstrate competence in multiple resilience disciplines. This can be accomplished by earning an ICOR discipline specific certification or through credentials earned from other organizations.

ICOR Recognizes Credentialing Organizations / Certifications
ICOR recognizes the credentials offered by the organizations listed below as valid credentials. ICOR offers credit for these credentials in the disciplines noted as part of our certification in Organizational Resilience. Applicants can receive “credit” for meeting the discipline specific certification requirements from the organizations listed below.
Business Continuity / Continuity of Operations
Certification requirements can be fulfilled for this discipline by taking and passing the ICOR ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, ISO 22301 Lead Auditor, ISO 22301 Assessor or the Continuity of Operations certification exams.

Certification can also be fulfilled for this discipline by taking and passing the CETa, CET, CEM, CEE or CEA certification exam.

Financial Health & Viability
ICOR recognizes all academic and degree programs in the areas of business, finance, and others. To demonstrate competence in this discipline you will be asked to provide evidence of academic credit.

Human Resource Management
To earn certification or to renew an existing certification in the Human Resource Management discipline applicants should demonstrate competence by:
- Holding a university degree in Human Resource Administration
- SHRM's: SHRM-CP and SCRM-SCP
- ATD's: CPLP
- Holding a job in Human Resource Management
ICT Continuity
Certification can be fulfilled for this discipline by taking and passing the CETP certification exam.
